We had a great experience with Hawthorne General Construction. We made an appointment for a roof inspection as we are preparing to sell. They got us on the calendar quickly, they were on time to our inspection, and they found some issues we did expect after an incredibly windy storm, and also some issues we weren’t expecting. They came prepared with new shingles to touch up some spots and caulk to fill in some nail holes. I feel 100% certain we will pass our inspection when we list the property. They even went above and beyond to check our attic for any signs of moisture and their prices are so reasonable!
